Terms
Keep it human.
These Terms explain the rules and risks of using SerenVoice. Please read them before sharing a Story or starting a private conversation.
Important: SerenVoice connects adults for anonymous private conversations. You are responsible for your own interactions, boundaries, and safety. SerenVoice is not an emergency, therapy, medical, legal, or crisis service.
Acceptance of these terms
By using SerenVoice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. SerenVoice may update these Terms as the product changes.
Adults only
Seren is only for people who are 18 years old or older. By using Seren, you confirm that you are at least 18. Do not use Seren if you are under 18.
What SerenVoice is
SerenVoice lets people post anonymous Stories, browse lived experiences, send private connection requests, and move into one-to-one conversations through text chat, voice notes, or anonymous calls. SerenVoice is designed for connection, not performance. There are no public profiles, follower counts, likes, comments, or public message histories.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you post, say, request, and do on Seren. You agree not to use Seren to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, discriminate, sexually exploit, share illegal content, encourage harm, invade privacy, spam, manipulate, or otherwise harm another person.
User interactions and risk
Seren connects you with other users you do not know. Conversations may be emotional, uncomfortable, inaccurate, offensive, or harmful. Seren cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, behavior, advice, or safety of any user. You should use judgment, protect your privacy, and leave or report any conversation that feels unsafe.
No professional or emergency service
Seren is not therapy, crisis support, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, emergency response, or a substitute for professional help. If you are in danger, crisis, or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a trusted professional support service.
Temporary content
Stories and conversations may be temporary or end from the user experience. Do not rely on SerenVoice to store important information. Deleting a conversation for yourself removes it from your side, but it does not immediately delete the other participant's copy. Ended conversation message and voice note content may be automatically purged after a limited retention window, while safety, abuse-prevention, legal, operational, or debugging records may be kept separately where needed.
Safety actions
SerenVoice may remove Stories, reject requests, end conversations, restrict accounts, block users from contacting each other, investigate reports, or take other action if we believe it helps protect users, the product, or the wider community.
No guarantee of availability
SerenVoice may be interrupted, unavailable, delayed, or fail to deliver a message, voice note, request, or call. We do not guarantee that Stories will receive requests, that conversations will connect, or that the app will always work without errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Seren is not liable for harm, loss, damages, distress, disputes, content, conduct, advice, or interactions caused by users or by your use of the service. You use Seren at your own risk.
Account restrictions and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Seren if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, abused the service, or harmed another user.
Third-party services
Seren may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, push notifications, database services, and voice calls. Their services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Changes to Seren
Seren is still evolving. Features, limits, safety tools, availability, and policies may change over time.
