These Terms describe what SerenVoice provides, what it cannot promise, and the rules that protect one-time, identity-private peer calls.

SerenVoice is not therapy, crisis support, medical or legal care, or an emergency service. Use your judgement, protect identifying details, and leave or report any interaction that feels unsafe.

Acceptance of these terms

By using SerenVoice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. SerenVoice may update these Terms as the product, law, or safety practices change.

Adults only

SerenVoice is only for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

What SerenVoice provides

SerenVoice lets adults share identity-private Thoughts, browse recent Thoughts by topic, send a private request with an intention, and enter a one-time voice call when both people are ready. V1 does not provide public profiles, follower counts, public comments, popularity scores, ongoing message threads, or permanent contacts.

Identity and privacy limits

SerenVoice hides public account identity from other users, but does not guarantee anonymity. A person may recognise your voice, accent, speech patterns, surroundings, or personal details. Voice Veil may reduce recognisability, but it cannot remove every identifying characteristic. You are responsible for what you choose to disclose.

Respectful use

You must not use SerenVoice to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, discriminate, sexually exploit, encourage self-harm or violence, share illegal content, reveal another person’s private information, evade blocks, manipulate billing, spam requests, or otherwise harm another person or the service.

Calls and safety controls

Either participant may decline a request, leave a lobby, or end a call. A call ending does not create an ongoing relationship or right to further contact. Reports and blocks may restrict future contact and may be reviewed by SerenVoice for safety and enforcement.

No recording by default

SerenVoice does not record call audio by default. You must not secretly record, capture, redistribute, or publish another person’s voice or conversation where doing so is unlawful or violates their reasonable expectations. Operational call metadata may be retained for reliability, billing, and safety.

Not professional or emergency care

SerenVoice offers peer connection, not therapy, crisis support, medical care, legal or financial advice, or emergency response. If you or another person is in immediate danger or needs urgent professional help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis or professional support service.

Subscriptions and call credits

Some calls or features may require call credits or a Seren Plus subscription. Prices, included credits, renewal terms, and availability are shown in the app store purchase flow. Purchases are also subject to Apple or Google terms. Plus does not buy higher discovery ranking, public reach, or popularity.

Availability and technical limits

SerenVoice may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable. We do not guarantee that a Thought will receive a request, that another person will accept, that both participants will become ready, or that a call will connect or remain connected. Features may change while we improve reliability and safety.

Enforcement and account deletion

SerenVoice may remove content, reject or cancel requests, end sessions, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access where we believe a user has broken these Terms or created risk. If you permanently delete your own account, it cannot be restored through a recovery period.

Responsibility, changes, and contact

You are responsible for your interactions and for protecting your personal boundaries. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SerenVoice is not responsible for another user’s statements, conduct, advice, or decisions. For questions about these Terms, contact voiceseren@gmail.com.
